Every year, AC PAW prints dog and cat calendars as a fundraiser and also to keep their supporters updated on the furry lives that they’ve been saving during the year. The advertisers in the calendar help pay for the printing of the calendars so as much of the proceeds can be used as possible for the rescue organization.
The 2018 calendar features stories of the cats and dogs who have come into AC Paw. Many times, these pets have survived against impossible odds, been nursed back to health and adopted by great, loving families.
One of those stories in the dog calendar is Finn, or Blind Finn, as many know him, adopted by mom Heather Johnson, who is grateful to AC PAW for finding such a great best friend.
The cat calendar has stories about Mr. Cookie and Flower who were rescued from a hoarding situation; Lucy & Linus who were were abandoned in a shed; Gemma who was found sick in the Fieldstone Deli parking lot – and many other sad stories that turned into happily ever afters.
The calendars are $15 each and available at: Grand Traverse Veterinary Hospital, Pets Naturally, PetSmart, The Copy Shop, Elk Rapids Animal Hospital and Clark-Everett Dog & Cat Hospital.
