Logan’s Law Needs to be Brought up for a Vote in the House Judiciary Committee

Logan’s Law, if passed, would make a registry of those convicted of animal abuse, and require any animal shelter to refuse sale/adoption of an animal to anyone on list.

From Matthew Falk: It has been seven months since Representative Klint Kesto received Senate Bills 219 & 220 and still refuses to bring them up for a vote before the Michigan House Judiciary Committee. I believe he is holding these back intentionally to kill the Logan’s law bills. He would rather see innocent animals suffer and die than to disappoint his campaign supporters. Here is his contact info. Klint Kesto (R) House Judiciary Committee Chairman – Phone: (517) 373-1799 – Email: klintkesto@house.mi.gov
