Veterinarian in Williamsburg Hosting Big Cat Adoption to Find Homes for 50 Cats

Northern Michigan Veterinary Hospital has been charged with the mission of  finding homes for 50 cats of all different ages, sizes and colors. These cats are all very sweet – they just need a loving home. Are you looking for a new family member? Adoptions are FREE – Donations to AC Paw are accepted.

All cats will be given a rabies and distemper vaccine, feline leukemia test, medication for heartworm, flea, tick & intestinal parasites, dewormer, ear cleaning and baths.  All male cats will also be neutered on the day of the adoption event. 

This Community Cat Adoption Event will be held on Saturday, February 23rd from 1 to 5 pm. It will be at the Northern Michigan Veterinary Hospital at 4180 M-72 East in Williamsburg. If you have any questions, please call them at 231-938-9500.

Volunteers are also needed to help with this event!

Update from Adoption: 

AC PAW volunteers helped during adoption day and 18 cats found homes! AC PAW was able to take the remaining cats and will work on finding homes for them. Here are some photos from the adoption day…

    Bless their hearts for taking care of those cats. The Abbotsford vet took in about that many cats as well.
